Everything you need to know before ordering your plans.
How does payment work?
Payment is 100% online and secure. We accept bank cards and Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo). Your plans become downloadable immediately after payment confirmation.
How soon do I get my plans?
Ready-to-build plans are delivered within 48h after payment — usually under 24h. The download link is emailed to you and stays available in your account.
Which file formats are included?
The Basic Plan includes 3 deliverables: a full PDF (floor plan, façade, section, roof), 3D images, and a presentation video. The Premium Plan adds extra deliverables (DWG format is not provided).
Can I have a plan modified?
Yes. Custom adaptations are available (number of rooms, dimensions, façade). Contact us with the plan and your needs: we'll send a modification quote.
Which currency are prices shown in?
Prices display by default in your automatically detected local currency (XAF, EUR, USD, GBP). You can also switch currency manually. The reference currency is the euro.
Are the plans standards-compliant?
Yes. All our plans comply with Cameroonian building standards and international standards. They can be used directly by your contractor.
Can I get a refund?
As plans are digital products downloadable immediately, they are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file has a technical issue, we fix or replace it at no charge.
I want to build a full building, not just a plan.
For full support (custom design, site supervision), our plans are produced by Jermaine Architects. We can refer you to their firm for your construction project.
