Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital architectural plans and furniture offered on the Archi Design Nature website.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in XAF (and convertible to other currencies for information). They are inclusive of all taxes for digital products.

3. Order & payment

Payment is made online by bank card or Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo). The order is validated after payment confirmation.

4. Plan delivery

Digital plans are delivered via download link (PDF, 3D images, video) within 48h max after payment confirmation, usually immediately.

5. Right of withdrawal

Digital products downloaded immediately are non-refundable. If a file is defective, it is fixed or replaced at no charge.

6. Furniture

Furniture items are physical products ordered via WhatsApp; delivery and return conditions are specified at the time of order.
